Cabaret Arabia Performers
Cabaret
Arabia are Jessica, Danielle and Faye. In 2004 they performed together
at a gallery opening and were so successful with the crowd, they were
offered more work to dance together as a trio. From this they decided
to form Cabaret Arabia and have continued to captivate audiences through
their solo performances and as a group. Their shows are energetic and
mesmerising and add a touch of something special to any occasion.

Jessica
Jessica has been belly dancing for over six
years and has trained with esteemed belly dancers such as Jane Jardines,
Najet Elshaikh, Terezka Drnzik and Jrisi Jusakos. Jessica has danced
over the years at many functions, restaurants, festivals, galas and
exhibitions. She continues to expand her knowledge by training with
a variety of experts and learning to play the oud with master oud player/composer/teacher,
Joseph Tawadros. Jessica has also taught and choreographed performances
and continues to do so with Cabaret Arabia and as a soloist.
Danielle
From age four until her early teens Danielle
dabbled in Jazz Ballet, Tap and Funk before discovering a passion for
belly dance. Training with Jrisi Jusakos and other leading belly dancers,
her belly dance training and performance history now spans over seven
years. Other styles Danielle has enjoyed and/ or performed are: Salsa,
Tahitian, Burlesque, Hip Hop, Brazilian Samba and Indian Bollywood. Danielle started teaching belly dance in the inner west in 2008
Faye
Faye has been belly dancing for over six years
and has trained with Terezka Drnzik, Sureya, Shiva and Jrisi Jusikos.
Previous to Faye joining Cabaret Arabia, her dance background included
Urban Tribal with Annetta Luce and Free and Wild with Janis Claxton
at the Sydney Dance Company studios. She also performed with the Urban
Tribal Troupe at regular events throughout Sydney. Faye has also been
in a number of music video clips and has choreographed the dance segments
of fashion shows. She has been teaching belly dance for over three years.
